Our Loaf Cakes are available to support consumers with celiac disease, diabetes and/or those
who are lactose intolerant.
For those consumers that are on a restricted salt diet, our products contain 3% or less sodium per serving
and are a great source of fiber.

Ingredients:
Tapioca starch, rice flour potato starch, baking powder, soluble fiber, inulin, natural vanilla
flavouring, potato fiber, rice bran, lecithin, xanthan gum, modified cellulose, maltitol,
whole eggs, canola and, water, glycerine, egg yolks, natural orange flavouring, cocoa powder,
natural vanilla extract.

CONTAINS FOLLOWING ALLERGENS:
Not suitable for consumption by persons with allergies to: Egg, Soy

Serving Instructions:
Thaw cake in the refrigerator at +4ºC for 12 hours or 3-5 hours at room temperature for immediate use.
Oven or microwave can be used to warm cake before serving. After thawing, keep cake at room temperature,
do not refrigerate. Cakes may be re-frozen.
