Our Sheet Cakes are available to support consumers with celiac disease, diabetes and/or those
who are lactose intolerant. (NY Style Cheesecake has lactose)
For those consumers that are on a restricted salt diet, our products contain 3% or less sodium per serving
and are a great source of fiber.

Ingredients:
Cream, maltitol, milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, carob bean gum, tapioca starch, rice flour,
potato starch, baking powder, soluble fiber, inulin, natural vanilla !avouring, potato fiber, rice bran,
lecithin, xanthan gum, modified cellulose, egg yolks, whole eggs, canola oil, water, glycerine,
gelatine, natural vanilla extract.

CONTAINS FOLLOWING ALLERGENS:
Not suitable for consumption by persons with allergies to: Dairy, Egg, Soy

Serving Instructions:
Thaw cake in the refrigerator at +4ºC for 12 hours or 3-5 hours at room temperature for immediate use.
Oven or microwave can be used to warm cake before serving (cheesecakes excluded).
After thawing, keep cake at room temperature do not refrigerate. (cheesecakes excluded)
